This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff at the reception were available at every hrs. The beds had been cozy and the other guests were usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty good hotel and fantastic location. Surely will suggest Secret Halong Cruise!

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were available at all the hours. The beds were comfortable and the people in the hotel have been typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a problem.
